County Director Model

Under the County Director Model, a director oversees child-welfare operations at the county level and reports to Communities Connected for Kids’ chief executive officer. The county director also serves as a support to the county’s case-management team and leads a team of Intake and Operations specialists who help connect families to local community resources and support services.

The county director is the face of Communities Connected for Kids in each respective county, serving as the point of contact, developing local relationships, engaging in local community initiatives and networking among local businesses, social groups and government organizations.
