  • Caregiver Support Program
    The Caregiver Support Program provides support and resources to all out of home caregivers trying to meet the needs of children placed in their homes. Out of home caregivers consists of relative and non-relative caregivers (Kinship), licensed foster parents, permanent guardians, and adoptive parents. This program has many ways to assist each type of caregiver specifically.
  • Kinship Navigator Program
    This program will provide support and advocacy to help Kinship (relative or non-relative) caregivers navigate the child welfare system and ensure they have the required resources to meet each child's physical, emotional, financial, and basic needs.   • Level I Licensing
    Relative and Non-relative caregivers have the option to become Level I Licensed foster parents for the child specifically placed in their home. Families will work with a Licensing Specialist to help complete the simple tasks required to become licensed. Benefits to becoming licensed include ongoing support for caregivers and a foster parent board payment based on the child’s age ranging from $531.21 to $621.77.
  • Level II-V Foster Parent Support
    CCKids Caregiver and Licensing Specialists work in partnership with Child Placement Agencies (CPA)to provide support to Level II-V foster parents. The Caregiver and Licensing Specialist assist to identify resources in the community, access services within the system of care, facilitate caregiver meetings, and help caregivers troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
