In an overstimulated world, it’s easy to feel like you are constantly “on” and never get a break. You might feel as if you don’t have enough time to think about circumstances before responding to them. Learn how to use “mindful pauses” to check in with your thoughts, feelings, and bodily messages. This stress management strategy can help you to move forward with more focus and intention both at work and home. This session is informative and experiential. Participation is anonymous.
