Leading in Facilitation and Training (L.I.F.T.) LITE Level 1- Foundations in Facilitation

Level I of the L.I.F.T program was created with oversight from DCF’s Office of Quality and Innovation. It was developed for those who facilitate meetings, round tables, benchmark panels, team building breakouts, etc. However, it is open to and beneficial for all! The training focuses on providing both experienced and inexperienced learners with the tools and practice needed to foster facilitation skills. During this training, you will learn:
- the characteristics of an ethical facilitator
- the unique scope and roles of a facilitator
- to distinguish key steps in the facilitation process
- identify common challenges in facilitation
- how to implement effective resolution methods
