This training was created for Dependency Case Managers but is open to, and beneficial for, all child welfare professionals!

This course provides professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to strengthen father engagement in child and family services. Participants will explore the positive impact that engaged fathers have on child well‑being and case outcomes. They will examine system‑level, relational, and practical barriers that can limit fathers’ involvement. Participants will be introduced to techniques that support more effective communication and collaboration, followed by opportunities to apply these strategies in realistic scenarios.
