So you've taken the MANicure Challenge, painted a nail blue and started telling your friends and neighbors about child abuse in our community.

What now?

Well, it's not all about nail polish. If you'd like to take a deeper dive this month during National Child Abuse Prevention Month, we invite you to attend a free, four-part child abuse prevention webinar.

The series premiered this morning (April 6) with "Dynamics of Child Abuse," which introduced attendees to the signs of abuse and how to respond. Next in the series is, "When Children are Trafficked: Intersection with the Child Welfare System," scheduled for 11:30 a.m., April 14.

The last two trainings in the series are, "The New Sex Ed: Addressing Pornography & Consent," and "Helping Kids Cope: Addressing Trauma with Care."
