S. is the Assistant Director for the Advocacy program with The Seminole Tribe of Florida. Shamika has over 18 years of experience in child welfare. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bethune-Cookman University and specialist’s degree from Florida International University. In her current role\, Shamika provides direct administrative oversite to the Tribal child welfare program for all seven Seminole reservations in Florida. She facilitates and conducts statewide trainings in the areas of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and The Seminole Tribe of Florida. \nJessica Johnson’s Biography \nJessica Johnson\, MSW\, CWCM is the out-of-home care specialist for the Office of Child and Family Well- Being\, Department of Children and Families. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in child welfare with a background in case management. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. In her current role\, Jessica provides technical assistance and develops policies and procedures pertaining to out-of- home care components such as medical mental health\, psychotropic medications\, residential treatment\, and Indian child welfare Sct(ICWA). \nKristen Puckett Biography  \nKristen Puckett is the Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Specialist with the Office of Child and Family Well-being\, Department of Children and Families. Kristen has over 22 years of experience in child welfare in multiple roles. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida. In her current role\, Kristen interacts with all content regarding CPI policy and provides technical assistance and training to operations and providers
