DESCRIPTION:The time commitment is 3 in-person\, half-days. If you are unable to attend all 3 sessions then please do not register. \nLevel I of the L.I.F.T program was created with oversight from DCF’s Office of Quality and Innovation. It was developed for those who facilitate meetings\, round tables\, benchmark panels\, team building breakouts\, etc. However\, it is open to and beneficial for all!  The training focuses on providing both experienced and inexperienced learners with the tools and practice needed to foster facilitation skills. During this training\, you will learn: \n\nthe characteristics of an ethical facilitator\nthe unique scope and roles of a facilitator\nto distinguish key steps in the facilitation process\nidentify common challenges in facilitation\nhow to implement effective resolution methods
